Miguel
Miguel is the best friend of Tulio and he is a very easy-going person. He loves to dream and to have adventures. His enthusiasm persuades Tulio to seek the city of Gold.
Tulio
Tulio is the best friend of Miguel. He is more cautious and reserved compared to Miguel but the two of them make a great team as they travel to El Dorado!
Chel
She is a native of El Dorado and becomes friends with Miguel and Tulio. She helps Miguel and Tulio aclimatise to the city of Gold.
Tzekel-Kan
He is a high priest who welcomes Miguel and Tulio into the city. His obsessive nature towards human sacrifices causes a rift between him and the new visitors and later...a new discovery.
Chief Tannabok
He is a calmer head compared to Tzekel-Kan and provides a warm welcome for the newcomers.
Hernán Cortés
